Lakes & Lagoons, started in the year 1997, operate traditionally built House Boats in
the rivers and backwaters of Alappuzha, Kollam and Kottayam districts in Kerala.
We are the first to introduce air-conditioned houseboats which have been awarded
GOLD STAR classification by the Dept. of Tourism.
We presently operate Twenty-six houseboats under two categories – Deluxe &
Premium with one, two, three & four bedrooms.
Our new venture near Marari beach is called “EL OCEANO BEACH VILLAS” with fourteen rooms along with “PALMA LAGUNA” a five-bedroom luxury serviced villa on the
backwaters of Vembanad.
Repeat customers and an expanding fleet are testimonies to the level of customer
service offered by us.
